We use artificial intelligence ("AI") to analyse the content of voice responses provided by candidates during AI-powered voice interviews, including via our website at https://app.outhire.ai ("Website"). Our technology interprets, understands, and makes sense of what candidates actually say in their spoken answers to provide analysis and insights to our Clients.
You are a Candidate if you are applying for a job with one of our Clients via our Platform. We process Candidates' personal information using automated technology to analyse what you say during interviews and assess communication skills. Our AI analyses the content and meaning of your spoken answers to generate analysis and insights that our Clients can use to inform their decision-making process.
All automated analysis is provided to our Clients for their consideration. Our technology provides analysis and insights only - final hiring decisions are always made by human recruiters and hiring managers who interpret and use our analysis as they see fit.
Candidates may have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Please contact us at privacy@outhire.ai. For matters related to hiring decisions, we will refer you to the organisation where you applied for the job, as they are responsible for all employment-related decisions.
