Now, we’re making it even easier to see candidates as they engage with your campaign and respond to questions about your open roles—even if you don’t have an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Launching campaigns is easy, but it’s just as important to see results. That’s why we’ve introduced the Candidates tab, to give you easy access to see everyone that has applied or saved your open role for later.
Managing your candidates has never been easier. With the new Candidates section in our app, talent teams can track applications that have come in and those that have saved for later. All this, without the need for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
When talent clicks on your campaign, they are given the option to apply for your role, or they can save the role for later. When you’re reaching passive talent with your campaigns, it’s important to appreciate they may not be ready to apply then and there. That’s why we make it easy for them to register their interest in a role and save the application link for later when they can give it the proper attention needed.
When a role is advertised, it’s natural that prospective candidates may have questions. Particularly as work has shifted towards remote and hybrid roles, we often see questions about the regions that employers are able to consider applicants from.
The last thing you want is for a simple question that goes un-asked to get in the way of a great candidate applying for your role. With our new Q&A feature, we give candidates the ability to submit questions about your role, so that you can provide a response, directly within Outhire. This is a great way to engage with prospective candidates and resolve any queries that may impact their decision to apply for your role.
Questions will appear within the Candidates page, simply answer the question and the candidate will receive your response directly to the email address provided.
For many organisations, an ATS is an essential part of their recruitment process. This is why we offer integration with more than 30 applicant tracking systems, enabling these teams to pass candidates directly from their Outhire campaigns into their ATS.
However, for smaller teams hiring less frequently, the cost of an ATS outweighs the benefits. But that shouldn’t limit their ability to track campaigns and manage their candidates, right?
We created Application Pages as a simple, lightweight solution for these teams so that they can capture applications and see candidates all from Outhire. The new Application Pages feature allows you to create a dedicated page for each job opening. Each page showcases your job description and includes an application link where candidates can submit their CV. This is an excellent way to present your opportunities professionally and attract the best talent in the industry, all within the Outhire environment.
