Before Outhire, the founders built software solutions that simplified complex problems - including Australia's first digital driver's license at Future Identity and leading engineering at Sine before its acquisition by Honeywell. They knew that hiring deserved the same treatment: modern technology that simplifies rather than complicates.
Their answer was Joel, an AI recruitment assistant that automates candidate sourcing, personalized outreach, phone screening, and video applications - all while showcasing your company culture through custom landing pages.
