Connect Outhire with Teamtailor to automatically send AI phone screening invitations and review results directly in candidate profiles. Automate your screening funnel with score-based stage movement.

Get started in about 10 minutes
Log in to Outhire, go to Settings > Integrations, find Teamtailor and click Connect. Enter your Teamtailor API Key to authorize the connection.
In Outhire, click Import from ATS to see your available Teamtailor jobs. Select the jobs you want to enable for AI phone screening.
For each job, toggle AI Phone Interview to Active, set the maximum interview length, add questions (or auto-generate them), and define scoring criteria.
In your Teamtailor job, navigate to the desired stage and add a trigger. Select "Send Outhire phone screen" and configure score thresholds for automatic stage movement.
